There is exactly three weeks of training left until the MS150 City to Shore ride, and look what I got in the mail already ...
It's my rider number! Getting this has renewed my excitement for the ride. I still can't believe I'm doing this, but I know I can and it will be a lot of work, but worth every second.

Yeah! I am the first one to comment today.
I am soooo excited for your race. Be sure to take pics or have your pic taken. I can't wait to hear how it goes. You seem so active. I noticed your MS and Depression buttons. Way to go! I hope to get more stuff like that up as the remodel takes more and more shape. My new design should be up soon and that's when I'll really get down to business. :)
Good luck and train hard!
Petal to the metal girl! So exciting :)
I came across your blog while entering my blog into Google Reader, which is coincidentally called "The Mommy Diaries" too.
I guess great minds think alike.
But crazy of all crazies...I used to work for the National MS Society in Charlotte, NC planning the MS 150 Breakaway to the Beach!
Kismet that I found your blog, I'm sure of it! I've lurked for awhile, but felt compelled to comment and tell you what a great thing you are doing. I've been at the finish line of the MS 150 and seen the look on people's faces when they cross it.
Believe me, there's nothing like it...it's a mixture of triumph, pride, bliss and tears. A once-in-a-lifetime experience and you'll never regret you did it!
How exciting! Really brings it home that you'll be racing soon!
ohh....yay!!
that's definitely some INSPIRATION for ya!!
good luck with your training:-)
