**Update on Sophia's doctor's appointment below**
Ryan just might be the happiest baby ever. Every single thing he learns or does makes this boy laugh like crazy. When he smiles or laughs, you just can't help smiling back at him. Last night, he learned how to make kissy noises, and spent the rest of the night kissing everyone.
Here is a demonstration. You'll have to turn up your sound to here him kiss.

As I've been told before, this won't be the last time your children make you look crazy. Even though yesterday I said Sophia's 2 year checkup was on Thursday, thanks to a reminder call from the pediatrician yesterday afternoon, my husband took her to her appointment this morning. (No, I didn't write it down). The report from her Daddy is that Sophia was an angel. She took her shots and had some blood taken and she didn't even cry.
Now that's a big girl!
That's great and all, but what I really wanted to know what how she registered on the scale. So, without further ado, here are the results.
My tiny little girl is now, ready, 24.5 pounds, which puts her in the 25 percentile. She's finally moved out of the 10 percentile and I couldn't be happier. And now that's she a big 2, she was measured standing up for the very first time and she is 34¾ inches tall, which puts her in the 75 percentile, far below the 97 percentile where she has been hovering. According to the doctor, it's not that she hasn't grown, it's just that since she's being measured differently.
Basically, all my worry and concern about her weight wasn't really needed. She's fine.
